On my Mother's side
What his home was like as a child:
My Grandfather grew up in a happy home with his Mother, Father and nine Brothers and Sisters. Of all the children he is the youngest sibling. Both of his parents had a job in the army so his older sister looked after him when they were away.
His religon and the impact it on his life:
Religion had a very big impact on my Grandfather's life. From his Catholic faith he was taught him the right values to help him through life. He enjoys praying and he believes it has also helped him to face challenges in his life.
This Hobbies:
My Grandfather enjoyed singing, playing the harmonica, making and flying kites and
listening to music.
What I was surprised to learn about him:
My Granfather had a great nack of climbing trees and could climb any tree very well.
This earliest memories...
My Grandfather's Brother was strong and he could ride a bike, he took him for a ride one day
when he was very young and he was very excited.
What he remembered about this Grandparents or Parents:
Grandfather's parents and grandparents were very loving and taught them good values which
helped him to have a good upbringing. This in turn helped him in his life.
What they think about how life has changed from when they were young and now
In my Grandfather's time he had to do everything manually. He says this generation has to face a lot of
challenges and stress although they have a lot of gadgets to help them out which we never had at our time.
